It's already been several weeks since I received the name labels for my daughter. Maybe you remember our game of phone tag for a while as well as our very pleasant conversation when I finally had a chance to call you back.
You had been concerned about the long name and the readability on the smaller labels.
I just want to thank you VERY much for your work!
The labels look wonderfull!! I love that they are not paper based. I stuck them on my daughters bottle, since we tend to loose them on a regular basis. Maybe now people will call if they find one...
I am absolutely aware that you send me many more labels than I had ordered originally, printing my daughter's full name as well as the short version, and I want to thank you very much for it. That was very sweet of you. Thank you also also for your great "Customer Service", calling me many times to explain your concerns to me, and then sending the stickers out so promptly after we had clarified the matter!!
I wish you had a guestbook - I would have written my complements there for future customers to read, but you are welcome to quote me on your website, if you like.
It may be a while, but I'm sure I will order from you again, and I have already started advertising for you.
I am just sorry I have not found the time to send you my thanks earlier.
